About Us: The EIT Services Story
Everyone’s IT (EIT) – It’s not just our name; it’s our ethos. At EIT, we believe everyone, from our dedicated employees to our esteemed clients, plays a vital role in shaping our journey. Our story revolves around three main protagonists – the employees, the customers, and the community.
At EIT, you’re not just a client; you’re family. Whether we’re lending you our expertise or you’re aiding us in supporting others, you’re part of the EIT family. Through our primary pillars – “Supporting our Clients” and “Service to Others” – we strive to make a difference. We believe in amplifying the effects of our service by contributing to our local community, civic groups, and by supporting the admirable endeavors of local non-profits. A portion of all our services goes directly to non-profits we believe in, including:
- Montero Medical Missions
- Hero Kids Foundation
- Tidewater Friends of Foster Care
- … and many more!
EIT began as a modest computer repair and managed IT service provider. Over the years, thanks to our steadfast commitment and unparalleled partnerships, we have grown manifold. Today, not only do we cater to commercial and residential IT needs, but through the EIT Small Business Center, we also support every aspect of starting, running, and growing a business. From physical commercial mailing addresses to virtual assistants and secure communication systems, we are your holistic business solution. Furthermore, our Small Business Center hosts numerous partnering companies, offering them platforms to flourish.
EIT is fervently involved in the community, hosting free networking events, seminars, and collaborating with revered institutions like the Virginia Small Business Administration, Chesapeake Economic Development, and many others. Moreover, with our ITAD and e-recycling initiatives, we’re ensuring that used equipment finds new life in the hands of those who need it. Partnering with entities like Montero Medical Missions, we’re making a worldwide impact.
